It is that simple. We think that charging you for shipping is like adding a nasty little surprise at the end of a wonderful experience. We ship enough that we have been able to find the most cost efficient methods available.
However, sometimes you want that special item a little faster. We understand, so we offer additional services that will get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible. Priority Shipping is available for $9.95.
Return Policy
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization code. Please contact us to request a return authorization code, return address and instructions.
We strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping. Once we have received your return, we will contact you to verify how you would like to proceed. Refunds will be made in a similar manner to the method used for the purchase. However, any special shipping charges are non-refundable.
